Job Description

• Manage social media pages across multiple brands to grow followers and engagement
• Create and publish posts for client's original and event-related content while ensuring the posts are accurate, error-free, consistent and on-brand (style, tone of voice)
• Use social media to support integrated campaigns for clients as part of the company’s digital marketing strategy
• Produce monthly metric reports for clients, providing insights and recommendations
• Provide ad hoc coverage of special events and other client activities
• Promptly address and manage follower feedback, questions or reviews on social media
• Stay up-to-date with social technologies, trends, plus other activities as required

Additional Requirements

 

  • Strong knowledge of the backend management of the leading social media platforms
  • Expertise with Social Media marketing best practices
  • Excellent English language communications and writing skills
  • Experience with leading Social Media software/management tools such as Hootsuite, Meet Edgar, Buffer, Postplanner, CoSchedule, or others
  • A minimum 3 year post-secondary education - a degree in Business or Marketing preferred
