We are looking for outstanding individuals to join our faculty teams as instuctor for business administration postgraduate programs. These programs offer students a comprehensive set of practical and critical skills as well as knowledge in administrating a business.

The professors are responsible for developing an effective learning environment for students, while respecting their diverse cultural and educational backgrounds, experiences, and individual learning styles.

What is expected

Delivering course curriculum in classroom and online, which includes ensuring students awareness of course objectives, approaches and evaluation techniques.

Evaluating student progress/achievements and assuming responsibility for the overall assessment of students work within assigned courses.

Developing individualized instructions and multi-media presentations, incorporating technology into learning process where applicable in accordance with the course learning outcomes and curriculum provided .

Attending periodic faculty meetings.

Providing proper feedback to students and updating their grade time to time basis.

The successful candidate candidates will also meet the following qualifications:

  • Master degree in Bachelor’s Administration.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years related professional industry experience.
  • Practical experience using current technology and software for related field in past four years.
  • Experience in teaching and curriculum development at the postsecondary level or equivalent experience as a trainer industry is preferred.
  • Network of contacts with other professionals in the business administration field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Committed to excellence in teaching and learning and to working within a team environment.
