Job Description

• The BA is critical in ensuring that the business requirements are understood and met by the IT organization.

• The BA has the overall responsibility of supporting managers with execution post project initiation.

• Evaluate program/promotional sales performance in aggregate, and at the banner and store level, and determine performance drivers

• Analyze product mix, pricing, promotions, distribution, etc. and make recommendations on how to maximize financial benefits

• Support annual business and category reviews to determine strategic opportunities to drive performance

Qualifications:

• A University degree in a relevant discipline such as Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Applied Math 
•  7+ years of experience in a related role 
•  Project and Change Management skills 
• Strong written, spoken communication and presentation skills
• Advanced user of MS Access and MS Excel with a specific working knowledge of Solver in Excel Assets
